you could try any one of these:

http://www.yahoo.com.
http://www.google.com
http://www.askjeeves.com
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bitsize
http://www.bbc.co.uk/health

i would really recommend ask jeeves, as they answer every single question that you ask really, they also provide really good resources as well. i would also recommend the wilkipiedia encylopidia, it is really good.
