Websites that are educational and good to be on?

Yeah, so…I’ve gotten bored of my little circle of websites lately and would like to know if there are any educational websites (for someone who’s an adult now) where I can still learn a lot of basic things. I like Yahoo! answers because I seem to learn new words on here all the time but….I need something else now :P Even if it’s like a geeky learning website community for geeks who just want to actually be on there just to learn new things.
