How do you add interactive menus to websites?

I need to know how to add a menu like the one found on yahoo.com’s homepage. I am talking about the one that has the Featured, Entertainment, Sports, and Life tabs.

You can use Macromedia flash or javascript or Macromediea Dreameaver (there are a lot of other options). You can find wizards and interctave bulid-it-yourself guides on the web. Just do a little bit of search
