what is the best bundled software for creating dynamic and interactive websites(example multiply, yahoo, etc)?

I mean, what do most huge companies use?

what can you say about visual studio 2008?

No "big companies" use any kind of IDEs (dreamweaver etc), for the simple reason that they use professional programmers… and professionals code by hand: they know what they are doing!
Dynamic and interactive websites (like Yahoo) are complex applications that no IDE or development software can handle properly.
Visual studio may help you designing "some" kind of code, but, in the end, you will STILL have to fine tune your code by hand.

So, what software?
Photoshop, Notepad++ and FTP explorer… Nothing else (and no need for anything else!)
