I would have thought that this was something you would learn at a specialist school – not off the internet!!!!
Think about it, you would normally have only 1 chance at getting it wrong!

They have a word to describe people who try to learn to fly solely from reading books…. DECEASED!
The best advice is DON’T TRY IT!!!!
If you really want to learn to hang glide, then find a certified instructor and do it the right (safe) way.

Dont bother with hang gliding go gliding its more fun and you can do proper aerobatics
