Any good and useful math websites or techniques for speedmath?

I have a math competition coming up and I would like to learn some useful techniques or websites that will allow me to do speedmath (or simply math really quickly)
8th grade mostly

This wikipedia article has a lot of "how to" instruction.

It has links to articles about different methods of speed math.

And a fun article about calculating the day of the week for any given date (very impressive, once you learn it).
