Well, it depends on your level of fluency in that language. If you’re fairly advanced, you could read online press articles.

    You might want to start with a children’s story book written in English.

    But it depends on how well you know French…

    There a lot of good French websites out there. Personally, I visit http://www.linternaute.com.

    There are a lot of topics in the menu on the left side of that website :)

    There are many readers for learners of French at different levels published by CLE International and Didier. Their advantage is that they are graded to suit your current level. Some of them are adaptations of well-known works of fiction, others were written especially for language learning purposes.
